Welcome to GAS - YouTube Downloader and GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro ("the Extension", "the Software", "the Service"), a product developed and published by Grency AI Systems, an entity of Grency Enterprise. By installing, accessing, or using this Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GAS - YouTube Downloader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Extension, including free-tier users and GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro purchasers.

2. Description of Service

GAS - YouTube Downloader is a Google Chrome Extension (Manifest V3) that allows users to download YouTube videos as MP4 files and extract audio as MP3, FLAC, WAV, ALAC, and other formats. The Extension operates with a companion server backend for processing downloads.

3. Free Tier & GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro

  • Free Tier: Users receive 3 free downloads to evaluate the Extension.
  • GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro: A yearly auto-renewing subscription of ₹199 INR/year (or $10 USD/year for international users) grants unlimited downloads on a single physical device. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no pro-rated refunds for the remaining period.
  • GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro is non-transferable and is bound to a single device identified by its hardware motherboard UUID.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Grency AI Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension on a single personal computer for personal, non-commercial use.

  • The license is tied to a single physical device (identified by motherboard UUID).
  • Each device requires a separate license purchase.
  • You may not share, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license to any other person or device.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Only download content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Not use the Extension to download copyrighted content without the explicit permission of the copyright holder.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension.
  • Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the licensing, payment, or security features of the Extension.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Extension to:

  • Download or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Engage in any activity that violates the rights of third parties.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit downloaded content.
  • Attempt to bypass the download limit or license restrictions.
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers in conjunction with the Extension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Grency Enterprise (operating through Grency AI Systems). All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Payment & Pricing

  • All payments are processed through PhonePe's secure payment gateway.
  • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Grency AI Systems.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Return & Refund Policy.

9. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Grency AI Systems does not warrant that:

  • The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the use of the Extension will be accurate or reliable.
  • The Extension will be compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grency Enterprise, Grency AI Systems, or their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of Grency AI Systems for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Extension license.

11. Modifications to Terms

Grency AI Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

Grency AI Systems may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Extension is immediately revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
