- Extension not showing download buttons? — Make sure you're on a YouTube video page (not the homepage). Try refreshing the page.
- Downloads not starting? — Ensure the companion server is running. Check the server status indicator in the extension popup.
- License not activating? — Use the "Restore Purchase" option in the extension and enter your Transaction ID.
- Lossless formats unavailable? — FLAC, WAV, and ALAC require the local companion server. Start it using
start-server.sh(macOS) orstart-server.bat(Windows). - Purchased but showing Free tier? — Click "Restore Purchase" in the extension's paywall section and enter your Transaction ID or License Key.
