⚠️ SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. When cancelled, auto-renewal is immediately stopped, and you will continue to enjoy full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated or partial refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro yearly subscription at any time directly through the extension popup under Settings > Subscription & Billing, or by contacting our support team.

  • Immediate Auto-Renew Cutoff: Once cancelled, your payment method will not be charged again for future renewals.
  • Access Retained Until Period End: Your Pro access remains 100% active until the exact expiration date of your current paid yearly period.
  • No Grace Period: Immediately upon reaching your subscription expiration date, if the subscription is not renewed, Pro access is terminated.

2. No Pro-Rated or Partial Refunds

GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro is a digital software service with instant activation. Because digital licenses and server download resources are provisioned immediately upon payment, no pro-rated or partial refunds will be issued for any unused time remaining in your billing cycle, including but not limited to:

  • Cancelling mid-way through your 1-year subscription period
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incompatibility with your system or browser
  • Inability to use the Extension due to technical issues on the user's end
  • Dissatisfaction with the features, quality, or performance of the Extension
  • Accidental or duplicate subscriptions
  • Failure to install or configure the companion server
  • Changes to YouTube's platform that affect functionality
  • Purchasing a subscription for the wrong device

3. Free Trial Before Purchase

We understand the importance of evaluating a product before subscribing. That is why we provide 3 (three) free downloads for every device. This free trial allows you to fully evaluate the Extension's capabilities, including:

  • Video download quality (4K Ultra HD, 1080p, 720p, 480p)
  • Audio extraction quality (Lossless FLAC, WAV, ALAC, MP3 320 kbps)
  • Direct injected YouTube buttons (Watch & Shorts)
  • User interface, download speed, and progress tracking
  • Compatibility with your system and browser

We strongly encourage all users to use their free downloads before subscribing. The availability of a free trial ensures you can verify functionality before making a commitment.

4. No Exceptions

This cancellation and no-refund policy applies without exception. Our support team is not authorized to process pro-rated refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Important: Do not contact us requesting pro-rated refunds for remaining subscription periods. All refund requests for active or cancelled subscriptions will be denied. Please use your 3 free trial downloads to evaluate the Extension before subscribing.

5. Donations

All donations made through the Extension or this website are voluntary contributions to support the development and maintenance of the project. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any additional features, services, or benefits beyond what is already available.

6. Payment Disputes

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after subscribing, your license and subscription will be immediately and permanently revoked. Fraudulent chargeback claims may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Technical Support

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to helping you resolve any technical issues you may experience with the Extension. If you encounter problems:

  • Ensure your Chrome browser is up to date
  • Try reinstalling the Extension
  • Verify the companion server is running correctly
  • Use the "Restore Purchase" feature if your subscription doesn't appear

8. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to GAS - YouTube Downloader Pro or making a donation, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy.
  • You have used the free trial to evaluate the Extension before subscribing.
  • You understand that subscriptions auto-renew yearly, can be cancelled anytime, and that no pro-rated refunds are issued.
  • You will not dispute the charge with your payment provider.
